![]() | Elizabeth Shaw, Foodie, Wino and Founder Elizabeth Shaw is a Napa Valley native that enjoys the finer things in life. Her family is comprised of vintners, Le Cordon Bleu graduates, restaurateurs and entrepreneurs. Upon moving to San Francisco after several years in New York City and the great city of Chicago, Shaw launched an underground supper club. What started as a unique way to meet new people has quickly turned into San Francisco's highly sought-after culinary experience. Shaw is a freelance writer for a Napa Valley winery and writes her own food and wine blog. Her obsession for cooking and entertaining began in college and has grown into a way of life over the last decade. Currently, she works for Miner Family Vineyards in Oakville, CA. Prior to Miner, Shaw worked for Duckhorn Wine Company and leading Chicago and Colorado based restaurants. She attends a wide variety of cooking classes and food & wine events to keep a pulse on the industry and hone her skill sets, including the Fancy Food Show, The Napa Valley Wine Auction and the International Restaurant Show. Along with her long time boyfriend, she converts their living room into an inviting dining space and makes every guest feel right at home. Every wine is hand-picked and she prepares each dish from scratch. But most of all, she takes great pride in her music playlists. |
